          I can turn on or off the TV using it but no able to adjust the volume or change channels. Manual is not helpful and I gave up after several try. The wireless keyboard is good though.

            Build quality and IR learning functionality are great. My only complaint about the remote is that it is missing functionality for controlling a Windows PC users. The power button does not send a sleep or similar power message to the Windows PC - only sends the IR power command, once learned. There are also no Windows, Ctrl or Alt keys (the ALT is only to toggle the back keyboard characters - not Windows ALT).
