attached M4 screw too long to fit my monitor can not tight ask customer service suggested buy fit screw by myself so i hang monitor swing now

It's okay but you certainly get what you pay for. One of the arms has a screw that does not hold the arm and the support from PrimeCables was unable to replace it without jumping through hoops.

It's not that easy to maneuver and you need tools every time to change position. Wouldn't recommend at all.

good for about a month or two. after a while the screws with start to act up and slide every time you tighten it. it can no longer hold the wight of my monitor up and the 90 degree swivel is way too sensitive even after tightening it. very delicate. wouldn't recommend if you're someone who moves their monitor a ton. better off buying a gas arm.

The screw that attaches the pole to the clamp sticks out by a millimeter, which leaves a penny sized imprint on my hardwoord desk. The diameter of the screw head needs to be smaller so that it can screw in far enough to be flush with the clamp.
