The product itself is great, however you sent it to the wrong address. My account with you has 2 addresses, 2 credit cards and 2 different names as I help out another person with her purchases. This ink was for me and although it had my name and credit card information you sent it to the wrong address. It created a lot of confusion. I was away on vacation and one of the inks was damaged when she tried to force it into her printer thinking that I had ordered it for her.
