Came defective, called support but no response after first email

It’s broken only 6 months after the purchase. It doesn’t move up anymore. I’m extremely UNHAPPY with this purchase.

I ordered this product almost a month ago and the package has now missing. FedEx is showing no updates on the tracking number and I am receiving no assistance from customer service - I have now spent all this money without receiving the item.

Nous n'avons toujours pas reçu notre commande. Egaré en livraison... Nous avons dû appeler à 2 reprises pour avoir un suivi. Nous sommes donc toujours en attente du produit.

beware of the return policy, in big font it says, free return all over the site, but the fine print is totally different, there is a stocking fee of 10-30% , they only accept return of the product is defective (really, very kind of you) The frame and table top they sold me did not match, and they refused to replace the frame to is matches the table top , very bad customer service
