The item intstalled just fine ; all necessary parts were included in the box. Item works as I would hope it to. The plastic seems a little bit fragile, so I will have to be careful not to put any weight on it. Still, for the price paid, I am very satisfied. I recommend getting an extra pair of bumpers for the bottom of your current seat to offset the height added by the installation (about 1/2 inch or 1.2mm).
