J'ai demandé un remboursement de mon achat car ce bidet ne convient pas à ma toilette. Je n'ai pas encore reçu de réponse. Pour le moment Shopper+ semble ignorer ma demande de remboursement. Cet achat aura été le dernier si ma demande continue d'être ignoré!

same experience i had from other buyer, it start to leak after two months and the handle broke. 90 days warranty elapsed so no chance to claim refund or replacement...hate it..

I installed it correctly. The entire process was very smooth. However it doesn’t work: no water come out. Perhaps there’s a trick to it I’m unaware of

J’en ai acheté 2, un pour moi et un pour ma belle-mère. Installation facile. Par contre, après une journée seulement, ça coule de la cartouche. J’ai donc utilisé l’autre et même problème. J’ai fait valider mon installation par un plombier et il croit aussi que ça vient de la cartouche à l’intérieur. On n’ose pas ouvrir pour vérifier puis que j’ai demandé un remboursement pour acheter un autre modèle.

I purchased two of this. Both started leaking after two months of installation. When I contacted customer service, they told that there is only 7 days of warranty on it. There is a leakage from joint so had to uninstall one of it to prevent any further leakage. For other I have to keep bucket under it as my son is very much used to it. Not worth it unless you're looking for temporary Solution. Looking for any permanent Solution.
