bonjour, j'ai commandé pas les bonnes cartouches, j'avais demandé pour une epson 410, je savais que ca me prenait les 200XL, mais quand j'ai lu ceux la, 410, moi je lisais qu'elles imprimaient plus de pages donc c'est la raison que je les ai commandé.. mais ca fait pas pour ma Epson 410, donc j en ai commandé d'autres et je veux retourner ceux ci mais voila qu on me demande de prendre une photo des cartouches maintenant, je ne suis pas du tout contente, la confiance elle est ou.. merci

This was not the one that I required. Just by looking at the box no clue what you'd getting until it arrives. I had to get help to get the one I needed. This I found very upsetting.
