Ink cartridges as per order. There was a problem with delivery - I was advised that the package had been delivered, but it had not. I advised Amazon, and the problem was rectified very quickly, the package being delivered the next day. I was pleased with the quick reaction to the problem, and the package was still delivered within the promised delivery, so no problem. I should add that this happened during the bomb cyclone in December, so road conditions were very difficult.

Product ok. Delivery not ok -- frequent problems with FedEx. This time they rerouted package without informing me, changing preferred destination from Staples to my home address. Fortunately I was at home when package arrived. Is their an alternate choice instead of FedEx?

Over all this costly set of ink does a good job. My printer will not except any other brand.

Good colour but run out quickly.
