I had a problem with the black toner as the printer was not reading it.

I was a little dissapointed. The reviews all said they worked great but the first thing I got was an error code saying it was not an original cartridge and ink levels would not be available. I finally got it to print but the contact rep just blew it off as they must have forgot to reset the chip and you'll know when it runs out by poor print quality. Now it shows a toner level of 20%. I am hoping that is not the case when it comes time to use the other colors and black. Also hoping that this cartridge will not give me trouble when it thinks it has used the 20% with 80% left in it.

good deal for pack of 4 compare to paying each individual toner for same price set of 4

It's Ok. But some cartridge still had a lot of Ink but the color blending not well, trouble sometime.
