    I have been ordered this Remanufactured Toner Cartridge many time since 2010 for my Canon Printer have no problem at all. It save a lot of money than the Original Canon. But this time the magenta cartridge is not recognize by my printer and can't print. Just call customer service a new one is go to mail to me. Thanks for the service provided by 123ink.ca

      Only problem is that the printer doesn't recognize the black cartridge and sends out an error message every time we attempt a print. Takes 2 times to cancel error.
