The motor broken shortly after we install the desk top. we keep sending inquires but never get reply. Disappointed.would someone contact us for replacement or should I just throw it away?

BUY BEAWARE! The image in this product is misleading. The controller does NOT have memory function. The image is for an older model. I tried to return it and the first agent REFUSED saying I should've read the description. The second agent in the chat allowed me to return.

After I set it up, I found it can only move down and once it reached the lowest point, the up botttom does not work any more.

The reviews I read for the single motor standing desk 4th gen all had height memory functionality, but they sent me one with only up and down buttons (generation eco). Very misleading, buyers aware!
