I ordered the cartridge but was a defective. This is not the first one I ordered and the previous cartridges all working fine. It appeared that the cartridge doesn't disburse ink although recognized by the printer as a clone one. The 5-stars rating is for the impeccable customer service I received. I reported the issue and was given detailed debugging instructions for the cartridge. After applying the debugging procedures and still not getting the ink to come out, I was replaced with another one without returning the defective one. I was impressive with the timely response and the trust from the customer support and definitely will continue to purchase future products from them for sure.

I had a problem with the yellow cartridge. However, Shoppers responded quickly and sent a replacement out immediately. No questions asked. The replacement cartridge worked fine. Thanks again.
