Luckily I bought two sets. The first ones I put in my printer were dry or something. Everything that was printed looked like crap. Lines of colour or black missing. Thought maybe it needed to be run a bit or needed an alignment but 40 pages later and unable to read the alignment print out pages, absolutely no change. Swapped them out for the second set I bought and it seems to print ok so far But for the price of having to buy 2 sets everytime time to make sure they even work- I may as well buy them from the printer manufacturer.

Usually my printer orders are excellent but I got a bad batch this time. Have had to clean my printer ink 6 times and they are still full. Is there any way of getting a replacement sent? Liz Attridge
