I have been using this product for years and it has become better, especially easier to install on the printer. However, the UPS delivery service is more than terrible. I was home and they said they missed me. There are many UPS stores in my area and the deliverer had to drop package off more than 5 km away. I filed a complaint to UPS. I WISH SHOPPER+ ALLOW PEOPLE TO PICK UP THE PRODUCT FROM THE OUTLET AT RICHMOND,BC.

Livraison rapide. Difficile à date d’évaluer la qualité de ces cartouches d’encre à long terme si on compare aux cartouches originales dont le modèle n’existe plus.
