The colour cartrige does not work, tried eveything but my printer does not recognize the cartrige, will be asking for a refund. I have not used the black ink cartridge but I've purchased before and it work perfectly.

No de confirmation de commande: 40258427. J'ai acheté 2 cartouches d'encre et seulement une avec de l'encre, l'autre était vide. Par conséquent, j'ai payé une cartouche 62,01 $. C'est très cher pour une seule cartouche. Pour la commande #40688759, je ne l'ai pas encore déballée, parce que je sais pas si je peux l'ouvrir sans faire sècher l'encre.

My HP Officejet 4500 refuses to accept this cartridge. So, I haven’t opened the second one to try it. I’m so disappointed because I had to buy the single HP product at Staples as they didn't have the 901XL. The printer just tells me there is a problem with the black ink cartridge and to refer to device documentation to troubleshoot.

Bonjour, c'est pas la 1ere fois que je commande ces cartouches et j'ai toujours adoré jusque la!!! elles ne fonctionnent pas !!! J'ai essayé les 3 noirs et aucunes ne fonctionnent!! De plus, elles ont l'air usagé et non neuve!! Honnêtement, je ne suis pas sur de recommander !! Ca ma coûter quand même cher pour 3 cartouches que je ne peux pas utiliser!! Véronique Trottier

The color ink cartridge was defective. When installed a critical error “Tri Color Cartridge Problem” and it locks the printer. I waisted an hour looking through and trying forums and YouTube vids for solutions. THE CARTRIDGE IS DEFECTIVE! Sent 2 email requests for refund, 1st response was “please send us pictures” which I did. One week later I’m still waiting for a response.... I just want to return the DEFECTIVE CARTRIDGE for a refund. Bad Business, Not Happy.

As per usually only one cartridge worked. Tired of the multiple steps to get the tri-colour cartridge to work. Once again I will just replace it with new product. It is a shame as I use remanufactured for business and home use in my laser printer. But the inkjets are hit and miss and due to urgency needs to be resolved now.
