    Too small for someone of 1m77 (5'10'') and over... Plus it is in plastic alot won't stay strong.... I am desapointed... But service at Shopper Plus was good

      The material quality isn’t great. I’m 5ft 4 inches and my feet don’t touch the floor so that’s a little bit of a drag! I guess you get what you pay for. If the chair wasn’t so heavy, I would have returned it. Regret not going with the more expensive chair I saw and tried at another supplier.

          Cannot adjust the headrest, cannot adjust the seat bottom independently of the backrest

            Quality is fine, but disappointed with the seat angle and the back. It is not relaxing, it feels like the chair is pushing me out.

              No separate adjust lever for the seat bottom - one lever for both bottom & back. Can't adjust the seat to the correct angle without having the back support leaning way back. The headrest portion protrudes too far forwards to be of any use - I have resorted to using this chair without the headrest, and I I'v kept the back support leaning way far back in order to keep the seat bottom at an acceptable angle.
