Plenty of features. Seat is a bit firm but it's definitely built to last. Headrest piece can snap off if you are not careful, but just don't put too much pressure on it and you'll be fine.

Assembly was easy and the product looks and feels as advertised. An adjustable lumbar support would have been nice. It took a bit of time for me to get adjusted to the wheel as it moved freely compared to my previous Ikea chair, I don't have a floor mat and the flooring is laminate. Overall a good buy I would say.
