caused back pain and not able to recover from it. the back support mesh is not strong enough to provide back support and the cushion is compressed and is causing numbness in my thighs.

I DON'T recommend this product, i just received the package (15 min ago) and the seat is already broken! it wasn't well packaged at all!

le coussin du fessier est très dure, le dossier est trop bas, l'appui tête ne s'ajuste pas a la hauteur seulement l'inclinaison, le bas bas du dos qui est ajustable les presque pas, en terme de confort c'est très inférieur à mon ancienne chaise une ikea markus qui est dans une gamme de prix similaire. La premiere fois que j'ai commander la chaise il m'ont livrer le mauvais modèle, pour résumer une perte de temps et d'argent je ne recommande pas.

I would not recommend to buy this chair. Even if they are not expensive it doesn't worth the money spent. I bought 2 and both have the same issues. - tilt on the left (You you like to see life in angle) - caster doesn't roll - cushion is not thick enough to work all day, you can feel the hard base

I do not recommend this chair at all. I just assembled it and it is missing a wheel. Also the cushion is no longer comfortable. It’s already flattened and it’s like sitting on a rock. I need my money back.

The casters of the wheels don't spin properly so the chair is not moving around smoothly. The seating angles make you slide forward constantly. Not comfortable at all. I regret of buying this chair.
