I have severe back pain after using this product. Would not recommend.

I wish I could give this a 0 point. Avoid this. I am actually having back pain since using this product. Impossible to maintain the posture shown in the picture. I used it for 2 weeks hoping that I would get used to it but wow what a waste of money this purchase was. I threw out the packaging thinking it will be useful and now i cant even return the item. Do your self a favor and buy an ergo chair rather than this plastic crap

Received a used product, was already assembled, product is dirty, screws are stripped of their black coating. Beware when ordering this product.

Cette chaise est inconfortable et me donne mal au dos, même les accoudoirs me font mal aux coudes en plus elle est défectueuse au niveau du piston. Je retourne la chaise, je n'en veux plus.

I JUST received this chair today Aug 15, 2018. I had purchased 08/12/2018. THREE days ago at 99.00 + HST and it is now @ 59.000 +HST. $40 freakin dollars difference and nothing was said to me about this "Sale" happening. Complete BULSH*T. As for the chair itself. Utter and complete junk. I used it for a couple of hours and it was so uncomfortable and the wheels that these folks claim are MUTE WHEELS, was again, utter and complete JUNK. Imagine a hard plastic rolling on an apartment floor. MUTE maybe if it was on a carpeted floor. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND OF CHAIR AND THIS COMPANY.

Instead of supporting the back, it's designed to just fold in towards the center and collapse in on itself. The top of the backrest likes to dig itself into the bottom of your shoulder blades. Terrible product at its promo price, a complete joke at its regular price.
