I think I've received open box mounts this time.so many scratches on them the tilting function wasn't working since it was broken already.

Poor quality bolts. they break easily.

Probably the worst wall mount I ever installed in 15 years. Ajustement system is just terrible. I can't get the screen leveled. VESA screws were not short enough. I had to find out that I needed the rubber washer to complete the installation : however the instruction sheet says I should not do that. Well... Do not buy.

This product is low grade. The bracket doesn’t want to stay tilt locked. I tried with 4 different mounts and the the tv doesn’t wanna stay leveled. Once you start bringing the tv out of the wall, the arms of the brackets are flimsy and make the tv go out of level. I tried to get a store credit or refund for the open boxes product and couldn’t get any. I would never recommend this product. Go for a 6 arm full motion wall mount instead.
