Needs stronger mounting bolts. poor instructions.

Single arm bracket doesn’t balance or level itself at different angles. In straight (flat) angle it maybe balanced but as a full motion wall mount it should be able to stay levelled at all angles

Not suitable for my plazma TV. Just not strong enough. Instructions are terrible.

Order was misplaced for about 2 weeks. I didn't get much help from the customer service at all.

It seems like the few of boxes were already opened and there were scratches on the mount. I never had such kind of experience before but this time I'm pretty disappointed.
