I am kind of disappointed with this purchase. The price point is really great, that being said, the seduction won’t last. I must have spent 3 weeks trying to fix my printer because I could not get a drop of ink to come out of the colored cartridges. Black was working great. Turn out the chips on the heads were defective or not compatible. I had to reuse my old ones, now I get some cyan and magentas but no yellow. Reached out to customer service twice as of now… has yet to receive an answer so I am not sure what to think at this point. Overall, I am pretty satisfied with “Shopper Plus” but maybe the ink division is just not worth the trouble... I do not know at this point.

The ink does not cover evenly; therefore, there are missing blocks of text on every document I print - not very useful.

The black ink is xl size which doesn't fit the black position on the colour grid.
