I replaced all 3 colors as well as the black. After a couple of attempts in removing the cartridges and putting them back in all the color cartridges took except for the black. The black still isn’t printing. I called in to let them know. It is over 1 week and still have not heard back after I responded to their email asking for details.

The black cartridges do fit as a replacement for one of the two in mine, but not the other one!

I put in a new Black cartridge, but it would not print properly, so I put in another cartridge, and it was fine. I would like a refund for the defective cartridge or a new one. Thank You Janet Thorne

Great price but doesn't always last as long OEM cartridges or for as many pages. Still a far better deal than buying expensive OEM version.

While the price was reasonable, the cartridges only were accepted by one of the two printers that use them ( both HP printers). The 5510 knew they were not HP originals and would not accept them.
