Strong rings. Initially was worried it might not support me, I'm 180 pounds, but I can hang and do dips on this no problem. Heavy duty straps, and easy adjustable length. Very happy with this purchase

have to have something to wrap around, thought i would mount them to the side of a beam but they have to go around beam
