    Strong rings. Initially was worried it might not support me, I'm 180 pounds, but I can hang and do dips on this no problem. Heavy duty straps, and easy adjustable length. Very happy with this purchase

            This is my first gymnastics rings and I don’t have anything to compare with. I love these rings and use it daily. I have them hanging on my basement ceiling and am very pleased with the versatility and strength of them. They feel very sturdy and I anticipate a long life out of them.
