Très décevant. Il manquait les bras devant être attachés au téléviseur. J'avais malheureusement jeté la boîte d'envoi. Donc aucun remboursement possible.

This mount is garbage. The holes have limited applicability for 16" studs. Worse is that when i tried to get support from prime cables(note the website claims they have 24/7 support) they tell me that they can't do anything until Tuesday because they are closed. It's Friday night - trying to get TV installed this weekend and they are leaving me out to dry. I hate this mount and and will never do business with prime cables again. Should have bought from a more reputable source. Lesson learned.
