The mount is very solid. However it is impossible to get the TV to stay vertical. It keeps trying to tilt down. Others have commented on this. Had to put some shims in to the back of the center of mount to try to get it to be viewable. Still not straight up.

The mount seems solid at first. However, the tv screen would not stay level. It tilts down slightly. If you want to tilts it down further, you can. BUT, you cannot tilt it up to stay parallel. This is quite frustrating because I have it mounted at my eye level which was recommended, and now the tv is tilting down which makes the viewing not optimal.

I originally thought this mount was well built but now that I have it mounted I am VERY DISSAPPOINTED in it's ability to hold the tilt angle. Over time as the TV is moved back and forth (which is the entire point of having a FULL-MOTION TV mount) the TV's tilt falls forward to it's most tilted position. This really is not acceptable.
