The first one send was defective and overheat button would show and not shred paper. I was worried it would take forever for a replacement. I contacted Shopper+ and they asked for a photo. I sent this to them. The next business day a new shredder was sent to me. It works great! No issues with the replacement at all and perfect size for my home.
