not the same quality

The seat is not comfortable for more than an hour. More padding might help, even the covering becomes uncomfortable in my experience. The seat needs a separate adjustment. Otherwise OK.

The mesh headrest came worn out on both sides (over stretching during assembly?) and the screws were and hex key were loose at the bottom of the box (should be packaged in a bag as to not potentially miss/ lose them). The instructions were straightforward yet I found putting the wheels on quite tricky. They are rested upon versus having a notch to hold them in. Therefore when you try to put the last two pieces and tilt the metal bar slightly to fit under, a different wheel keeps popping out. Lastly, the round cylinder at the bottom that we are supposed to loosen (I believe, since it doesn't seem to do anything at the moment to help tilt the chair back, or the lift lever is working properly), is twisted tightly. All attempts at rotating it counter clockwise has not made a budge.

The base is already sunk a bit from using everyday. The headrest doesn’t stay in place, keeps falling down.

I recently purchased this chair and to start the UPS delivery status on Monday said it was "out for delivery". By the end of the day after not getting anything I checked the status which now said "due to operating conditions, delivery is delayed". Next day it said the same thing. Not sure what the operating conditions were for a package that was "out for delivery" to be stalled for 2 days but I finally got it Wednesday evening which the driver decided to leave on my driveway next to the trash bins. I wasn't too annoyed and glad to start using my chair so went to put it together. Right away i noticed the handle to control the tilt back and forth was broken hanging off (which fell off now). As well after putting everything together, I noticed the that part where you can pull out and rest your legs, well that part isn't centered properly. Whoever had pre-drilled the holes for it made it off center. I'd be careful when purchasing this product.
