it's okay not that bad.build quality is not that great. assembly instructions are worst. padding of cushion is really bad. like if sit for more hours my butt pains due to poor cushion. back support and ergonomics of chair is good. it makes me sit striaght so from ergonomic point of view it solves purpose. but I don't think that $250 chair is going to last long . and their warranty is just 1 year.

I assembled the chair on May 11, 2022. The installation process is very easy and straight forward but the mesh material is very cheap and the headrest mesh came already ripped off in the package. Other than that the chair is very comfortable and love the foot rest.

Decent chair with flaws Good: Various Tilt Adjustment with Stationary Lock, Good tall mesh backing with headrest. Metal base Bad: Seating flatten too quickly after a hour of use. Need more form/sponge seating. Footrest is too short. No forward/back Headrest adjustment. Headrest is too far back for upright positioning. Other notes: Wheel assembly was difficult without a mallet. Seating length is more ideal people with shorter thigh. Footrest & tapped holes were slightly off centered (defect?).

Usually the products and service from Shopper+ is excellent. But in this situation it was not the usual 5 stars. I'd ordered and paid for a new chair, but I had received an open item twice. Customer service was accommodating, so provided a discount to keep the open item and if there was something wrong with the second delivered chair, I could return it for a full refund. I had the chair for approximately a 3 weeks now and so far so good. The seat cushion on the edge is where the leg hangs over is starting to pilling. As another reviewer stated, foot rest does not extend to your fee, but only to your calves.

Easy to assemble, good chair but don't feel much comfortable sitting for long.
