Moustache Black Mesh Ergonomic Office Chair with Footrest
I was very impressed by the quality of this chair! Bang for buck it is an amazing, comfortable chair. The mesh back makes it breathable for those hard working days. The foot rest is solid and it reclines far back enough and it does not feel like you can tip over! Canpar delivered right to my door as I doubt it would've fit in the trunk of my car as the box is 26 inch high x 28 inch length x 16 inch deep. Instructions were easy to follow. Je suis très impressionné par la qualité et confort de cette chaise. le repose pied est très solid. La compagnie Canpar a livré a ma porte. La boite est 26 pouces de hauteur x 28 pouce de largeur x 16 pouces profondeur. Je ne pense pas que ca fit dans la valise d'une voiture.
J'adore cette chaise. ça fait bientôt un an que je l'ai et elle est comme au premier jour. le seul hic, c'est que l'appuie pied extensible est un peu court. je mesure 5'6", j'ai de longues jambes, et l'appuie pied m'arrive derrière le bas du mollet. j'aurais aimé plus long. mais pour le reste, super. c'est un bon rapport qualité/prix par rapport au marché.
Worst shopping experience in a very long time. I ordered this chair and 2 other items on September 2 and received them on September 5. When I unpacked the chair, I noticed that there was a hole in the mesh of the seat and another one right in the middle of the headrest. I immediately reported the defects by completing a return ticket on the seller's website. No reaction from shopper+ other than removing the "365-day warranty" and replacing it with "discontinued" in my order history. I waited a week and then decided to call them. The customer service lady seemed understanding but wanted to bypass my request. I want to return the chair because I consider that delivering merchandise with holes is a lack of respect to the customer and suggests that there is no quality control. On the other hand, the lady offered to replace the headrest to solve the problem. It's as if I had to keep merchandise with defects!!! She promises to talk to her manager and get back to me with a solution the next business day. After another week, I've had no communication. I wrote to them to follow up but no response! From that moment, I understood that shopper+ has little regard for its customers and that you have to harass them on the phone every day and make complaints everywhere to be heard. That's what I'll be doing! TO BE CONTINUED...
