    Worst shopping experience in a very long time. I ordered this chair and 2 other items on September 2 and received them on September 5. When I unpacked the chair, I noticed that there was a hole in the mesh of the seat and another one right in the middle of the headrest. I immediately reported the defects by completing a return ticket on the seller's website. No reaction from shopper+ other than removing the "365-day warranty" and replacing it with "discontinued" in my order history. I waited a week and then decided to call them. The customer service lady seemed understanding but wanted to bypass my request. I want to return the chair because I consider that delivering merchandise with holes is a lack of respect to the customer and suggests that there is no quality control. On the other hand, the lady offered to replace the headrest to solve the problem. It's as if I had to keep merchandise with defects!!! She promises to talk to her manager and get back to me with a solution the next business day. After another week, I've had no communication. I wrote to them to follow up but no response! From that moment, I understood that shopper+ has little regard for its customers and that you have to harass them on the phone every day and make complaints everywhere to be heard. That's what I'll be doing! TO BE CONTINUED...

    IT IS VERY CHEAP MATERIAL, AND THE HEAD REST CAME WITH TWO HOLES IN IT, CHECK THE PHOTOS

    Les appuis-bras vont pas assez haut et ne sont pas amovible. Pour le prix, avoir du j’aurais acheté un autre modèle

        Back, Seat and Feet rest not comfortable, one arm was damaged, and quality not good definitely not recommended

          I bought this chair in April of 2019 and it has been fantastic....until the pneumatic height cylinder started slipping a few months ago. This renders the chair practically useless. Customer support said that 'the warranty has expired and there's nothing we can do'. I asked if there is a replacement part I can buy so the chair doesn't end up in a landfill after less than 2 years of use...still waiting to hear back. I was thrilled to support a Canadian company with this purchase, but not thrilled with the support after the product failed and hope others do not have the same experience.
