Overall works well, but have an issue with my microphone sounding bad to others when speaking while plugged into the hub for some reason.

Not enough power for external hard drives and many USB dongles. It's fine for low power dongles like mouse, keyboards, but not much else. You're better off saving a few dollars and buying USB 2 hubs instead.
