    the arm does not work properly, the screw part is not working correctly, and I can't level the monitor due to this.

    It was a great arm while it lasted. The gas spring is no longer able to support the weight of my 27" monitor, I've tightened the adjustment to the maximum. So I'm forced to buy a new stand now after only 10 months of usage. It won't be this one.
