Pros : -Easy assembly. -Quite comfortable. -Can apparently remove the "leather" casing of the chair through zippers(for cleaning?) -Thick seat cushion. Cons : -The head rest doesn't stay in place. -The arms rest don't go high enough.(not missing much, like five centimeters at most) -Instruction unclear. Prefacing, I'm 5'6" (171cm) and about 170lbs(77kg). The seat part is perfect for me, not too deep or too short, allowing me to sit comfortably at the very back of the chair without any issues. The high sides of the seat might be inconvenient for others, but for me it helps keep my legs in a proper position since I have a tendency of sitting with my legs wide open. It also has a thick cushion on top of the hard portion of the seat, which is great for our bottom. There's instructions under the seat that says to rotate the cushion once in a while, but I honestly have no clue how to do that, it doesn't say how either. (granted I didn't actually try or looked into it much other than a few seconds of fiddling with the cushion before moving on with the assembly, but it certainly didn't look removable) The backrest can do a nice 90 degree, so if you're looking into getting your posture right, this chair might help you with that. The lumbar pillow can be adjusted up or down through the elastic straps.(make sure to install it BEFORE screwing in the back to the seat) BUT, the head pillow is just dangling loosely, you cannot tighten the built-in elastic straps, the back of my neck arrive around the top part of the highest portion the pillow can go, meaning anytime I make any movements that would cause the pillow to fall back down to the lowest position(like leaning forward, standing up, etc..), requiring me to manually reposition the pillow behind me neck. As such, unless that "head pillow" is actually an upper back pillow, I wouldn't recommend this chair to someone taller than me. I will personally be modifying that elastic strap for something that will stay in place where I want it.

Easy to assemble, good looking and comfortable.

I had hoped that this chair would work for sitting for long hours. However I have found that is terribly uncomfortable and pinches my thighs If you have a wide pelvis this is not the chair for you. The sides would be fine if you are a smaller build, but is not at all comfortable for me.

It's an "ok" chair. A bit firm (not always bad thing) but there is less adjustability than I had hoped for. The back does recline to virtually 180 degrees though. But for this price, I would have liked to see something a little more adjustable to my likes.
