I was very happy to receive my desk that I easily mounted by myself. At first try, I got an error message. Never worked. Contacted the primecables for help. They were quick to establish that the motor under the desk needs to be changed. One week after, I am still waiting for the new motor and can not use my desk. Disappointed.

Please spare yourself the time and headache. I really wanted to like this product. The price was good compared to other sit stand desks that have extended range on the market but they seriously lack quality control. They kept sending me malfunctioning parts. The first time I tried to put my desk together, the leg that came with the desk did not have threads that could screw together. It was impossible for me to put the desk together so I contacted support and they quickly sent me a new leg. The second time I went through the pain of putting it all together only to test it out and realize the motor was glitchy and would not go up smoothly. I contacted support and they were pretty quick to send me new legs. The third time I put it together, one of the new legs they sent me WOULD NOT SCREW IN. THE SAME PROBLEM I HAD WITH THE FIRST ONE. At this point I was incredibly frustrated. I tried to put the desk together anyway with a wobbly leg so I could test out the new motor and again, the issue is still happening. Desk would not go up smoothly. Basically, there is no quality control. While support is very good at quickly sending you new parts, you'll be constantly frustrated without a working desk and wasting hours putting desks together. I bought this in March and it's now May, and I still do not have a properly functioning desk. Save yourself the headache and buy from a company with better quality control.

The product arrived with a terrible stench, a musty damp smell, it is absolutely disgusting especially during this period COVID. It must be stored in a damp environment for a long period of time. I had ordered numerous times in the past without issues except for the shipping box being deformed/used, cardboards taped together which was annoying /unprofessional. This is the worst experience ever, buyer beware!
