Really liked this product at first but after having it installed for about 8 months the tension rod failed and it became unusable. Inexpensive product, so I wasn't expecting it to last forever, but would've been nice to get a year or more out of it.

A bit hard to assemble as tension rod is finicky. not the most stable rather due to poor joints and the baskets swivel around which can be annoying during setup/use. one of the rings to hold basket in place also broke. Looks nice at least and hopefully it will stay put and not rust... we will see. note: if you do have issues customer service requests videos/photos before issuing a return... I understand why, but quite a pain if you already repacked things in box! thankfully with some extra help of the engineer in my family got this to work and will keep it.

La qualité de la pole et des paniers semble bien mais le livret d'instruction seulement en anglais et très mal expliqué et moi je parle couramment anglais. J'ai dû aller sur You Tubes pour savoir et quand je suis venu pour installer les rondelles de caoutchouc les 2 que j'ai voulu installer se sont brisé en deux. Je l'ai retourné heureusement votre service à la clientèles est super efficace et ça ç'est régler rapidement il me semble qu'il y a une loi au Québec que ce qui est vendu ici les instructuction devrait être dans les 2 langues
