Good cabinet but only comes with one set of 19 in brackets. Used those to mount my gear in the front. Purchased a cable tray to mount in the back but cannot install because only one set of brackets . Contacted Shopper+ but useless

The product is a 5/5 but OMG the instructions. I read others comments before buying and though "yeah right, how hard could it be". Then I wasted a whole evening trying to figure out how to build this. @PrimeCables -- you really ought to fix this once and for all. The youtube video skips the key steps that the paper instructions fail to visualize.

Wish the depth was little bigger. Cisco 3750 doesn't fit with the glass door on

Works as intended. Compared to some of the previous reviews that I read before purchasing, no latch issues, I closed nice and tight to protect it (maybe the design changed). The reason for the 3 stars are the instructions which neglect to mention that you need to add screws to Lock the side panels in place (otherwise what’s the purpose of locking the front glass??? A mechanism that doesn’t require you getting into tight corners once your equipment is installed would be much better. I also had a welding issue with one of the pins for the front door and the items was missing the set tapping screws when it arrived. Having said this, PrimeCables resolved the the last two very quickly by sending me replacement parts. Customer service was fabulous for that. Overall, for the cost it’s more than worth it. Some design and quality control concerns but the other option is paying well over $300 for something similar. I would buy again if I needed another one.

Poor door quality. I was shipped 3 different door panels and all dont fit right even with spacers and they all have cosmetic damage to them. As a cabinet, good amount of space. Worst instructions manual. Cheap for a reason.

The delivery was quick and product is of excellent material.
