    The price of these toners can't be beat! I got the 2 pack for less then the price of 1 elsewhere. Great quality too, they last a long time!

        I am VERY UNHAPPY with the product you supplied me. I installed the first cartridge, and within 20 printed sheets, think black lines began being randomly printed across the printed page, and have not gone away since. The second of two cartridges remains unopened. The thought of investigating how to return the product and all the hassle involved makes me ill. I consider this purchase a total waste of my money. Any suggestion for remedy would be very much appreciated.
