i receive the item without some screws. i contact customer service but i was ask to wait more days for investigation and new screw. i need the walker right away because i'm a dialysis patient. i ask if i could return the product since i can not use it, it was more difficult to return. i gave up and ask money to my family member to buy a new one from walmart. i will never online again.

The brakes lock up. When you pull the handle up, it snaps out of position and falls to the ground. And since the brake units on these walkers are the sole security and safety function of the walker, it's a serious enough flaw to recall the product. I will be sending this unit back.

It was easy to Order this product, and I’ve received a bill for it! HOWEVER it has been 17 days and there is no sign of it being delivered!!! Customer service has been made aware & they were to get back to me... I have NOT heard anything in return as to when I’ll see it. It shows it was shipped. It’s Hard to rate product if it doesn’t arrive!
