It arrived in a few days. A simple assembling was required after opening the box. In use it felt sturdy. My mother-in-law finds it easy to use and it provided good supports while walking. When she needs to wait around, she just turns around and sits on it like a chair. The hand brakes are easy to operate and works well. Handy and convenient! If may not replace a wheel chair if the user cannot walk well or gets tired very easily. The under the seat basket and pouch is handy for storage of purse and purchases.

Excellent product! Easy to assemble and configure for personal comfort. Very solid in supporting the user. Ample space under the seat for personal items such as a purse. My mother, for whom it was purchased, loves it and gets enthusiastically more badly needed walking exercises then she use to. The seat with the back support is very comfortable and promotes better sitting posture then the usual sofas currently found in one's living room. She is extremely happy with it.
