L'envoi FedEx très lent, ne reflète pas la réalité 3-5j ouvrable. C'est le pire achat que j'ai fait en ligne. Vous pouvez attendre une éternité sans avoir aucune réponse. Depuis 1 semaine aucune nouvelle sur ma commande. Je suis très déçu.

I really wanted to like this product, it's a great concept. Bought two of them (two kids). But the gears responsible for the height adjustment are very fragile (made of cheap plastic and ball bearings, as far as I can tell). Had to replace the height adjustable portion of one chair (under warranty), but the height adjustable portion of a table just broke (out of warranty). Usage is light - nowhere near the weight limitations, and actual height adjustments are very rare, so you can expect these gears to fail randomly even when not being actively used. Even though the company is able to provide spare parts (as seen from the warranty replacement), they won't sell these parts out of warranty, so now I have a large useless desk that will go to the landfill. Environmentally irresponsible! Here is the quote from the company from my inquiry about obtaining spare parts: "Hello, I am sorry, it is out of warranty and we do not sell parts If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to let me know. Sincerely, Shopper+ Family" Save yourself the grief and don't buy this product.

Do not buy....***** This is one of the couple of items went bad out of quiet a lot I bought from Primeables and I was very happy The table height adjustment stopped working on one side after six months. Poor quality. Now its not even useful as table cannot be adjusted for heights. The chair is still fine For $100 the quality is not at all good I do not recommend this to anyone Very disappointed

I bought sets for my son and daughter. My son's chair broke within a few months and it was covered by the warranty. Service was super and the broken adjustable base was replaced quickly. My daughter's chair also broke, but just after the warranty expired. Again, it was a plastic piece inside the chair's adjustable mechanism. Customer services informed me I could not buy just the part, nor just the chair, that I would need to buy a complete new set. All in all, I am very disappointed with the durability of this product. My daughter is less than 40 lbs and the chair lasted just over one year. I do not recommend buying this item.
