My daughter is 8 years old and after a few months of use. The chair won't stay at its adjusted height. Everything is perfect except for this chair. Twice my daughter fell off of this chair. I'm looking to exchange ONLY the chair.

watch out the ideal weight bearing for the product: Desk:75kg Chair:80kg even though the product targets on the kids, but think about your own weight, I am skeptical it would it last 10 years. I am adding pictures of the structure underneath the chair. I am sure all parents will have a greater concern for the product. Here is the reply I received from the supplier: industrial design is always following the rule of achieving the designed structure integrity with minimum material waste, adding unnecessary component will just increst (increase) the cost. While good reviews bring customers to the product. but you will have to live with the product with any negative reviews.
