Definitely wont do monitors for 6kg. wouldn't stay up

Would not hold my monitor, which is within the suggest weight limits. Tightened every point of adjustment as far as they'd go, but still my monitor sagged over time. At least the return process was easy.

Didn't work as advertised. My monitor is only 6KG and it had trouble holding it up. Kept sliding down. Took it down and requested a refund but customer service wants photo/video proof. I have already mounted another monitor with a different arm on the desk riser. Explained that I didn't want to go through the hassle of taking down current setup and trying it again to take poctures. Not worth the effort, cancelled the refund request. Warning to others, if you have any problems with it, take photos/videos before taking it down.
