The kettle works as advertised. I like the added features such as different temperature settings and keeping warm. The only annoyance is that the start/cancel LED light will stay on if I don't unplug the unit.

Great value. Please note that the kettle is louder than others I have used, but it is not too bad. Also if you set the temperature to 90 degrees, the kettle once it reaches 80 degrees, starts to turn off and on multiple times until it reaches the 90 degrees. I assume this is to ensure the temperature does not exceed 90 degrees. This does slow down reaching the desired setting though.

Reasonable product. Easy to use when you understand chow to turn it on.

Works great. I really like that we can set the temperature we want. The outside gets really hot though, compared to our old plastic kettle.

Works as expected, might take some time to get used to 'interface'. Quite nice compared with comparable price kettles from other manufacturers
