I charged this battery pack to 100% upon receipt yesterday, then tried charging my phone (3000 mAh battery) from 23% to full, which should be about 2300 mAh of charge. I expected the battery pack would show around 77% charge remaining, possibly a bit less since the phone was still on, though not in use. Instead the pack was drained to 63% capacity, which suggests the 10000 mAh capacity is not accurate at all. Overall, the math works out to about 7,300 mAh actual capacity of the unit I received. Quite a difference. The USB C fast charging worked well and I like the LED display, just disappointed with the capacity.

The battery works fine, looks and feels high quality, but the product pictures and description is totally different,. It does not have QC 3.0 only 2.4A max out put on USB A port and 3A on USB C port, it has battery indicator but the webpage one does not. I thought I received wrong product, but the model number matches on both website/box (Cab-TP-132)

Charges great, however, the top of the unit comes off all the time. Especially when you use the micro input. Sure it just snaps back on but it is a hassle and I will need to find some glue to fix it.
