    garbage product, got blocked at the first step with livingwise app, can't create account, always say internet issue, timeout. total useless

      The server 500 error has been almost 2 months from app LivingWise, I cannot change the schedule cannot modify cannot do anything! Is there anybody taking care of it?

      Anybody know how to control it while liveWise server down? I could not login to LiveWise server through the app, giving me 500 error.

        Bought 3 dimmers and really disappointed. Wasted my $$ and time. Unable to pair with Smartthings Hub, spent almost 2 hours to make this working, finally gave up, cannot make this smart. Dimming the light using manual dimmer switch is fully based on your luck, light shuts off when you try to dim below 50%. So you have only 3 levels, full light, half light and light off. Hope I can return it.

          I am fairly convinced these are not really functioning as ZigBee routers. Having a chain of them will not allow your devices to be any further form the hub. There are no tools to inspect the ZigBee mesh. So you either take on faith that it works, or find through experience it does not.

            J’ai acheté le combo. Connexion impossible à l’appareil. Je ne peux rien faite avec. Malheureusement, le produit semblait bien.
