This started off working well for me, but I needed to reset the hub and sensors. It stopped working and I can't get it to work again. I ended up buying SmartThings hub and sensor and after trying to move it to another house/router I can no longer connect either. This is really too bad. The hardware seems well built, but I think there are some firmware or hardware issues. Tech support was supposed to get in touch with me, but I'm still waiting. Would be great if they provided some diagnostic tools. Hope this all gets worked out... if they do, it would be a great product
