This is an exceptionally nice kit for the price! All the pieces (resistance bands, cords and grips) are very good quality and it even comes in a nice carrying bag to keep everything together. I love the rubber piece that the cords go through to secure to a door (just put over the top of the door and shut the door tight), it leaves no marks and can be easily place and removed every time.

however, being 76, i wish the equipment came with examples of excersises to complete...also, i believe the supplier should consider selling the bands as "PAIRS" of each strength... I believe i will be improving my core strength and flexibililty which will be ideal for next years golf season. Keep safe! Cheers!

After opening i put the bands right back in to the bag. The smell was horrible. The home room smelled for a long time. Won't use them because of the smell.
