I used to review this product back in a time with 5 stars (really like overall functions, mobile app, all good) but have to decrease score. I bought this product somewhere during black Friday 2018, now with more than year ago I can only say, it drains batteries like crazy. Initially I thought I had faulty batteries however this is not a case. Funny fact is I really don't use scale that often. In average once every 2 months. When scale is not in use, display is of course - off, and one would expect it's all off. However it looks like scale tries to communicate via bluetooth all the time (this is just my assumption as why it drains batteries). So all in all, after approx one month batteries are dead. Looks like I need new batteries for every time I want to use it :-)

No fat scale report after day two I used the product. I only got the weight scale. Anyone has this problem? Do you know what is happening?

pour mesurer le poids c'est correct ,pour le reste mesures aléatoires calculer probablement par un algorithme.

Very disappointed in this item. Scale works for weight only. App does not measure other mentioned measurements like fat bone water etc. Only shows weight BMI. I would like to return as I was led to believe it was a smart scale. I have a regular scale dont need two. I wouldn't buy it if you want a smart scale.

I don't know how to get the app to do the body fat calculation. The app is terribly intrusive, needing all sorts personal permissions to run. If any permission is denied, the app will stop running. I don't recommend this item.

Someone in the reviews said that you could use this just as a weigh scale without tying it into the app which is why I bought it. However, I can't get it to turn on? So perhaps that reviewer was incorrect? There is nothing in the instructions about turning it on. i have inserted the batteries and the screen remains black. So either I got a bum unit that does not light up or this has to be used with the app and blue tooth. Can anyone let me know on this?
